All moves are scheduled during business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  A $500 refundable security deposit (bank/cashier’s check) as well as a $250 non-refundable fee (bank/cashier’s check) is required and should be payable to London Terrace Towers Owners (LTTO).

All large deliveries are scheduled during business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Moves and large deliveries are not allowed on weekends or holidays and may require insurance.  Please Contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery or move.  Additional information, insurance, and/or fees may apply.
